Executive Director, Pamela Standing - (Cherokee - Tahlequah, OK) Pamela Standing has over 28 years of organizational development, funds development, business, marketing, financial and strategic planning experience, serving both the for-profit and non-profit sectors in tribal communities, nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities as Executive Director include overseeing the staff; oversight of daily operations and long-term growth, fundraising, grant writing, non-profit, financial and program management, membership services and recruitment, implementation of the strategic plan and evaluation. and assist Board of Directors in implementing policy. Office Manager, Monica Potter (Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe) - Monica Potter has over 6 years working experience with MAICC. She is fluent in all our services, knows the members and networks to create opportunities that will promote and benefit our members and MAICC.

Responsibilities as Office Manager include bookkeeping and human resources, managing the flow of both internal and external communiques, maintains a broad-based knowledge of MAICC services, coordinates MAICC and membership events, maintains membership, and assists in membership recruitment. Supports both the Board of Directors and Executive Director.
